Likely to be very difficult.

Fiat built an electric version of the original Panda. It was introduced in 1990, and was replaced by an electric version of the Seicento in 1999.

There is an electric conversion of the current Panda produced in Switzerland, which costs about £15,000 (about twice the price of a new base-model petrol Panda).
