Falling in love, winning the lottery, being a hero as you single handedly foil a bank robbery, save an old ladies cat from a really savage tree attack, deliver a baby on the top deck of a bus, persuade someone from taking their own life, talk a politician into taking his / her own life and save us from the awfulness of living under their authority, BUT BEST OF ALL, you find a way of ridding the world of ALL types of BIG BROTHER.

That would likely improve the day for yourself and others around you. No?

Sash.

Hi,
Good question!

Firstly, I believfe in treating others as I'd like to be treated. This is a good mantra to live by, if everyone did it, things would run alot more smoothly!

Think about the environment. I recycle everything i can, from the obvious, paper, card, cans etc, to plastic, clothes, furniture. This will give you great peace of mind and makes you feel good!

Everything in moderation, and I mean everything! Crap food, alcohol, drugs...what ever your fancy, don't over do it, anything from time to time is ok!

Finally...get enough sleep! If you're well rested, you'll be more focused, happier and the people around you will be too!

By looking on the bright side. Stop focusing on what has gone wrong that day and focus on what has gone right, no matter how hard it is. Because when one is having a bad day, one tends to overlook the positive things that are happening on that day or time.

Paying attention and listening, amazing the small things that can have a huge impact on people around us. Asking about a friends day and actually listening to their answer. Its not the asking its the ability to understand the answer and allow people to feel that you care.

A genuine unsolicited and sincere compliment. Problem is I do not know how to handle it and become quite embarrassed

It does not happen very often
