anyone know? the answer seems to be impossible to find. are they hiding it or something?

I just checked the ingredients "fact sheet" on this product. It claims 'proprietary blend' status and, thus, chooses not to list the amount of each ingredient (it does list the actual ingredients, which include melatonin).

I would avoid any product that lacks the integrity to list the actual amounts of each ingredient. They are hiding something.

If you are trying to reset your biological clock, a low dose is effective. Even 1 mg per day taken at bedtime is a lot. So if you find a product even with 300 micrograms, it will work. The pineal gland has a feedback loop that senses it in the body and shuts down production when it senses too much.
For immune system modulation, e.g. treating sarcoidosis, 20 mg per night has been used. Some also have tried it with cancers at the same dose.

melatonin is only possible with a prescription of a doctor for 10 mg.an alternative is donormyl(doxylamine) it is available without an prescription
