all the actors were adults, but they were costumed and acting in their childhood personas.
i thought the play was a wonderful exploration of [the blue remembered hills] of childhood, and the cruelties and skirmishes as well as the carefree laughter of all our earliest days.
i just wondered if anyone had brought something similar to the film screen.

There was another TV movie, set in a nursery during a Nativity play. It was quite good...

Not sure about film but half of the musical stage production Blood Brothers is adults playing children

In almost every American high school TV series or movie there's 30-something adults playing teenagers... nuff said!

in bugsy malone they are kids playing kids !!
grease had a load of 30 + actors playing high school kids
