Television has a huge impact on children and teens. This age group is influenced easily by what they see on TV. If their favourite star smokes on screen, they too might adopt this bad habit. On a more dangerous note, they might become violent in nature and cause harm to themselves and others, if they see violence on screen.
TV addiction soon leads to over-snacking, which in turn leads to obesity. When you watch TV, you lose track of how much you eat. Too much of TV can again lead to eye problems.
When children become addicted to TV, they lose interest and concentration in studies and therefore they get bad marks/grades in all subjects.
