I would save up all your money and go on a holiday to UK, Canada or Australia and claim refugee status. Don't bother with America as they don't help gay refugees. What country is your friend in? If it is not a country that offers refugee status then you will have to look after yourself first sorry. Get out of Iran!

But if you can get into any country near or bordering East/West Azarbaijan, or Ardabil in the north of Iran, have it be (if allowed) Turkey, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Russia, you'd be better off. From there you can meet up or flee at will. Or maybe just move to his country if permitted.
