Yes. I spent 10 years of my life harboring the most unbelievable amount of hatred and anger towards a certain person - my father. I don't know that I could have hated anyone worse. But then I realized that that hate...that anger...was eating away at my core (just as acid would do to a body) and I had to stop. I was allowing someone else to control my life, my feelings, my everything. The moment that I looked in the mirror and really saw the person that I had become, I was able let go. And do you know what? That burning, stabbing, excruciating pain, has vanished. So yes, I would say that I was "splashed" one time. And although there are a few scars here and there, I'm a much better person for the experience.

Great question!!

It's not "on your life" it IS LIFE. That's what it's all about. You live and learn, everything happens for a reason.
