i am tryin to find a way to get better frames per second any suggestions?

If you only have integrated graphics:
1. Lower game quality settings in game options.
2. Lower the screen resolution
3. Use 16bit color quality instead of 32bit. This and item 2 are adjusted in Settings under Display Properties.
If you have a discrete graphics card, do the above then overclock your card. Try ATI Tools. It works for ATI and many Nividia cards too.

1) Update Video Drivers
2) Shut down all applications other then the game
3) Defragment your hard drive
4) Add more ram
5) Upgrade your video card
6) Lower resolution and graphic levels in your game

help meh ! when i play Minecraft i have about 0 to 75 fps but when i'm recording i have 0 to 30 fps ...

what game are you playing?
to get better fps you need to either get a better video card or turn down your settings for your game play. :P Hope this helps.

Almost all dSLRs have a burst mode for capturing a lot of photos fast. Even most high end point and shoot and lot of other cameras can do this.

buy a better graphic card
lower the game resolution and minimise the settings.
