Pittsburgh Pirates. I grew up on the Pirates of Clemente and Stargell. I even went to the Hall of fame to see Stargell enshrined. Thay don't have the big dollars to compete today, but I remain a Pirates fan.

The Baltimore Orioles are the team that I support, through thick and thin. I was born in Baltimore, and was raised nearby the city. So I was exposed to the Orioles, and grew up in a family of Orioles fans. Orange also happened to be my favorite color growing up. So there you have it.
I remember when I was a little boy my mother when we would be in town having me count all of the Orioles signs on the street lights that indicated you where close to old memorial stadium.
We didn't have football until the Ravens came until the mid 90s so baseball became my favorite sport. I've seen a lot of good times and a lot of down times. I still wait for the day when I can experience the Orioles winning the world series.
I was only a year old when Cal Ripken snagged a line drive for the final out of the 1983 world series against the Phillies. "A liner and the Orioles are world champions!!" I'm still waiting to hear something along the lines of that live.

Wow. Muany more mariners fans than I expected. Mariners. Not only because I grew up in Seattle, but because they are a great team, they love their fans, and pretty much every player on the team plays baseball for the game and not for the money. They have not been to any world series, but that day is yet to come. They are like brothers. They are more personal than most teams. Everyone knows everyone else on the team and gets along. They have always been my #1 and always will be.

Your right baseball does rock!!!
I am a loyal Met fan. I have been since the mid 70's, so anybody that knows the Mets know that we have endured some miserable seasons. But they have always been a scrappy team that doesn't give up. No matter where I may live I will always be a Mets fan

I am a Die Hard NY Yankee fan! My father was one, as well as his father.
I believe the Yankees opitomize baseball.
Here is a quote from 2002's movie, Catch me if you can. Starring Leo Dicaprio and Tom Hanks
Frank Abagnale Sr.: You know why the Yankees always win, Frank?
Frank Abagnale, Jr.: 'Cause they have Mickey Mantle?
Frank Abagnale Sr.: No, it's 'cause the other teams can't stop staring at those damn pinstripes.
Aint it the truth!

My dad grew up in New York but NEVER liked the Yankees or the Mets.
I like the Boston Red Sox because I like the team. I really like Big Papi and Manny.
I think everyone would say that they like their team because of the great players.
I know the Yankees fans will agree with me by saying how they like A-Rod and how he's great for the team. That's how I feel about the Red Sox. I know every team has their up and down's but nobody should give up on their favorite team or players.

New York Yankees after I first made a trip to the Bronx back in 1996. You can feel the energy and history in that ball park.

I'm a diehard Mets fan and I originally got hooked when I was about 10 watching the Mets in the 2000 Series. there was just something about the Mets and Benny Agbayani that really hooked me in. And I've been a Mets fan ever since.
