Ok, so my doctor has been giving me samples for Loestrin 24 FE which says on the box 1 mg/20mcg. She finally have me the prescription, my mom picked them up, and on the pills it says "MICROGESTIN 1/20 FE TABS 28" "Generic for LOESTRIN FE 1/20 TABLETS. But the difference I noticed is that the samples I was taking had 4 brown pills and the prescription ones I got have 7 brown pills. Did my doctor make a mistake in the prescription or are they the same thing?

Its the same drug, just one is generic for the samples you were taking.

Its fine.

If you are really worried about it talk to the doctor or pharmacist.

It sounds like they are the same thing based on the information about the Microgestin but I would recommend getting in touch with your pharmacist to see what they say.

by using fact beginning administration does not safeguard you from STDs. in basic terms a condom can do this. it somewhat is great that your gf is on beginning administration, as you're suitable approximately it being extra effectual against being pregnant. notwithstanding oral beginning administration and different contraceptives, such by using fact the beginning administration rings and pictures, do no longer safeguard you or her from STDs.
