lovelylarks: curiosity. I saw the title "Eight million in serious debt" on Yahoo! main page and I simply wanted to check how many people have the same problem as I have.
I'm in debt as well.

Yes I am. Both financially and in deed. Why do you ask? Are we in the same boat? Terrible isn't it? The only consolation is that this is the best time to test our friends and relatives. when we are up and flying one day, we know who we should keep. HOpe we strike the lottery soon..... Keep our fingers crossed.

Hmmm...why do you ask? Are you selling money or something?.... These days nobody gives money, or anything else away away without a price tag attached to it. If they did you wouldn't be getting so many "Yes, I'm in debt" answers. On the other hand maybe you are a college student collecting info for some project? With all due respect, it's none of your business unless you can validate your question with a reasonable cause.

yes, and I think the majority of people are so, these days.
Like most people, I've got a mortgage, credit card, bills to pay, catalogue, overdraft...................... I just don't get out of my depth (done that before)
