Some. Our actions are external clues to what's happening on the inside. Everything you do is a small expression of a piece of yourself. The psychological differences between handwriting that's tightly controlled, or that which his hastily scrawled can be telling to the right eyes. But it's a single point of time. You could only tell what someone was feeling at the time they wrote it, not their whole character. Frankly, the words they choose will tell you more than they way they shaped them.

Yes, it does. Graphoanalysis, the science of understanding character through strokes in the hand writing, can tell you some amazing things about yourself. You see, handwriting is actually brain writing. Your hand holds the instrument you write with, but it's your brain that controls your hand.

Graphology is not the same thing as Graphoanalysis, and it has some correct influences, but has no professional organization to maintain standards, so it can be anything from very silly to some accuracy to destructively wrong.

Graphology - i think its been scientifically tested that there is no significant way to see someones character by handwriting.

Its as accurate as fortune tellers who make sweeping general statements and then takes leads on your reactions.
