the only thing I can say is, if you're taking the pill, just skip the sugar pills and keep taking the "real" pills.. you will skip your period... but don't make a habit of doing this, not good for your body.

the final opinion could be which you're way too youthful for the pill so i does no longer in any respect advise that. in certainty you're a woman so which you will in basic terms might desire to stay with it. there are a lot of myths like eating lots tomatoes, yet its no longer incredibly incredibly worth the attempt when you consider which you're bio clock will run like it always does except you're of sick wellness. you is incredibly no longer waiting to shrink the blood flow, in factor of actuality you are able to not fool nature, yet you will possibly desire to positioned on a heavier pad, or a tampon, alongside with a pad, and you will might desire to be sure you adjust it as often as achieveable (3-4 situations an afternoon is counseled)

Go on birth control. Nothing else will do it.
There is no reason why you can't use tampons at a beach. I do it all the time. Just change them every 6 hours.

you cannot really postpone your period but you should stay out of the water or at least don't go to deep. just in the ocean in may while on my period and had no problems and i used tampons, maybe you should do the same if you are comfortable doing that.

Start it. But as soon as possible (within the 1st 12 hours of it) take motrin, tylenol, or somthing like that. It makes it very light, and very short.
