Calcium deficiency is one of the most common problems affecting captive iguanas so a calcium supplement is recommended. Rep Cal is a very reputable brand. Use the phosphorous free version of the calcium. The one with vitamin D3 can be used about once a week. Vitamin D3 is very important but it is also fat soluable and can be overdosed if used too heavily. I also use plain calcium with no added vitamins 2 or 3 times a week as well. At four months your iguana definitely needs a calcium supplement to support his growing skeleton.
