Is it just me who has a delay between visual and audio on you tube? Is there a way to improve it?

It's a common fault with youtube. We all suffer with it. I think there's nothing we can do until youtube decide to spend some of the billions they have on improving their website.

On certain videos, yes there is a difference. No there isn't a fix because it happened when the video was encoded.

i also often get that delay on my PC and my son gets it worse on his lap top so maybe it is to do with computer speeds?
