To be frank baby, the source of true HAPPINESS is you. Only you can bring back happiness to yourself. It's not something you can buy, it's also not something you can describe. Happiness comes from emotions and if you're not careful or in control, you'll become part of the 7 deadly sins, which is awful.
Go and do some soul searching honey. I believe that one day or rather, the word "Happiness" will become part of you till the end.
Cheers :)

Only you can answer this. Re watch Tom Hanks in "Gump." Life is like a box of Chocolates. Happiness is the same. Some times we look at what is wrong with our lives and forget to stop and enjoy where we are right know. When I had a house full of kids and was trying to juggle kids, husband, work, PTA, and everything else going on in my life I thought I would never survive it. Now I look back and think that was probably the happiest time of my life.
If life throws you lemons make lemon cream pie and eat the whole thing.

Happiness comes from your own self satisfaction in the way your life is going. Funny thing about life is that it always changes, sometimes in ways you don't expect or understand but have the willingness to seek. Happiness does come from within but to get there you must be flexible and have an open mind. Accept the things that you can not change and live your life to it's fullest. Take each moment like it will never come again. But remember, too much of a good thing is no good. Good luck in your pursuit of life.

The true source of happiness is based upon ourselves. People choose to be happy just as much as they CHOOSE to be depressed and sad. My source of true happiness is our Father in Heaven. He's always there to bless me through trials and happiness.

i think genuine happiness is a stability of opposites. without one we does not get excitement from or perhaps recognize the different. First we ought to define happiness. An toddler could be happy no count if it particularly is recieving preserve, food and love or human touch, the flaws necessary for survival. a guy could be happy if he's achieving his needs and his aspirations. Happiness could be compartmentalized in accordance to the subject concerns that are motivating aspects. a guy or female could be happy approximately specific aspects of their lives and unhappyi approximately others. All are genuine and all are genuine. living on genuine happiness is comparable to swimming for the time of an the sea or counting grains of sand. i think of of "The Walrus and the wood worker", Lewis Carroll , i think . The oysters have been fairly pleased with their lunch invitation till they found out they have been lunch. Happiness is fleeting and intensely in many circumstances twisted.

Imagine that the whole world is in you. Happiness is just a sensation created by certain hormones in you body. So if you are determined to be happy, not just checking weather you can be or not, but determined, then the true source of happiness is you & the power called soul inside you which is eternal unchanging & always happy.

Definitely, the source of true happiness is the mind in which we need to learn to control with wise, appropriate consciousness so that we can achieve serenity and content regarding ourselves and those outside. As evidenced in major religions in the world, they have their texts of theory and practice of the mind.

True happiness is finding the way of living that is one with virtue. Through this does our passion flow inhibited. And when we have passion to do what we love to do and fulfil our desires of completing what we love to give through our passion does our happiness grow from giving. Happiness is not only receiving but it is also giving. It is being loved and to love as we seek to live one with virtue which, when we do we live to be one with humanity not to cause pain but happiness for everyone as we live true happiness in our own life. Through that are we in harmony with man and God through our true happiness.

Which is more important, your honor or your life?
Which is more valuable, your possessions or your person?
Which is more destructive, success or failure?
Because of this, great love extracts a great cost
and true wealth requires greater loss.
Knowing when you have enough avoids dishonor,
and knowing when to stop will keep you from danger
and bring you a long, happy life.
