I love the Chicago style hotdogs. A Vienna beef hotdog, topped with relish, mustard, a pickle spear, onions, tomatoe wedges, 2 sport peppers, a dash of celery salt, and all in a poppyseed bun.
Great. Now I'm hungry.

I like mine with ketchup, a little mustard, finely chopped onions and half a slice of cheese. And you really need baked beans and chips on the side.

I like ketchup, mustard, chopped onions and sauerkraut. An alternative is substitute the kraut with melted American cheese. Or chili, cheese and ketchup.

Hot Mustard, Hot Barbecue Sauce, salad topping, mayonise, olive oil, black pepper sauce and some butter of course. This my everyday breakfast. Its hot and juicy.
