Cincinnati has not changed that much. They are widening the lanes on I-275 around the Tri-County Mall area. JC Penney's moved out of the Tri-County Mall as well. The mall is doing some reconstruction to bring in new tenants.
Were you still around when the Cheesecake Factory opened up at Kenwood Mall? There is also a Maggiano's Italian restaurant at the Kenwood Mall.
West Chester, Mason and Deerfield Township have changed quite a bit. A lot of businesses and shopping centers have opened there.
You should come back and visit. Just not this week. We are in the 90s with lots of humidity. No rain until maybe next week.

Nah, just kidding. There's some construction downtown and a lot of refurbishing being planned. It's really hot in the summer and cold in the winter, I'd stay in Florida if I were you. People are still pulling up five-eyed fish from the Ohio River. See other responses for answer to your question :)
