i usually have wrist problems, but yesterday at tumbling, i came down on my left arm pretty hard twice. and it hurt when i did it, but then the pain went away. but now the bone hurts again, and i don't know what's wrong? can bones be bruised? i'm 100 percent sure it's not a break. because that would be MUCH more painful. but it's pretty sore. does anybody knows what's wrong?

See a real doctor. I just broke my ankle and I can walk on it with very little pain. Your arm could be broken.

frequently the extra fleshy aspects (thighs, palms, ***, etc.) are plenty easier particularly than bony or vein-y aspects like your wrist or feet. So your top arm could be high quality assuming you consume extra effective than as quickly as an afternoon.

By and large the more fleshy areas (thighs, arms, ***, and so on.) are much easier alternatively than bony or vein-y areas like your wrist or toes. So your upper arm must be excellent assuming you consume greater than once a day.

What's wrong is that you ask for medical advice from amateurs. See a doctor.
