a sociopath is someone with no conscious and has no emotion. He can kill someone and not be phased by it.

your first answerer (Nah...He's just pretending.... whatever) From what I understand, a sociopath is an individual who lacks all ability to feel socially responsible and will be controlled by his/her personal needs/desires (without taking in consideration what his/her actions can cause to others). Most suffer from severe anti-social personality disorders. Some may experience some sort of regret but until now, mental health research has not found any possible ways to heal these patients.

I just answered this question yesterday, so do a search for sociopath, for more information. A sociopath is someone who has no remorse, guilt, or understanding of others' feelings. Sociopath is the common name for a psychopath.

A sociopath is a person with a personality disorder, something like antisocial behavior or a person whose behavior lacks a sense of moral responsibility or social conscience.

It is someone who is socially inept with other people. they just dont act good around other people.
