The inner spirit is the voice that you hear from within. Your conscience. When one were to know the difference between the thoughts of the mind, and the thoughts of the spirit it can and will be a lot easier for one to focus and live. Your inner spirit is the voice you choose to listen to more in your life.

Some call it your Faith, but it doesn't have to have anything to do with religion. It is not just what you believe but how you turn faith into actions in you daily life.
Someone who is always giving others a helping hand, or kind world might be said to have a kind and loving spirit. While the person who always has a negative disposition. Might be said to have a grumpy or black spirit.

I like to think of the inner spirit as Gods way of looking at all the posibilities on this planet.
He gave us all different looks and ideals to see how we can handle all the many situations.
In other words we are all part of God.

In religious terms, we are spirits that are occupying physical bodies. Our inner spirit is who we truly are.

like i just told my twin 8 year old girls yesterday, the man and the woman create the physical body of the baby. it is God who gives the baby life, energy,..... it is the part of us where God gives His gifts to us, like love, faith, hope,.....
