I was watching a movie and the used a chemical that melted a persons flesh. I was wondering if there is such a chemical.

It wouldn't really be flesh eating as a chemical doesn't technically eat as it's not alive, but hydrochloric acid or sulphuric acid are big acids known to burn the flesh.

Concentrated hydrofluoric acid and concentrated sulphuric acid are notorious for damaging flesh.

Any acids with high acidity can do it, H3PO4 is great...try it...
