rin is probably the only person that he would possibly love since they always hang out and sesshomaru hasnt abanded her.

Sesshomaru does not actually "love" anybody but he does care deeply for Rin. He has more than once saved Rin from being killed which goes against what he always said about him hating humans and all. I think Sesshomaru loves Rin but in a father daughter kinda way.

I would say he doesn't love anyone but the closest he ever felt something for is Kagura. You always seen Sesshomaru annoyed or frustrated but never angry. When Naraku mentions that Kagura's existence was for nothing, you will see Sesshomaru pissed for the first time in the whole manga. Making you think that the whole Sesshomaru/Kagura relationship has something going on.

No. Sesshomaru is the kind of character that does not display loving emotions because he feels that is not becoming of a true youkai lord. However, he does feel a guardianship towards little Rin. No one knows really why.

He cares for Rin a lot as if she was his little sister, but the books and the show hint something between him and Kagura.

in the anime no. but in the manga it goes more into the whole him and kagura thing. like he tries to save her even though he never saves anyone without the sword wanting him to and he kills a demon for saying she was weak and deserved to die.
