The usual coin-operated laundry machine has a coin chute which is held in place by a long bolt. It can be accessed either through a lockable port on top of the holder, or occasionally by removing the coin box. Unscrew the bolt, remove the chute, and repair or replace it. (They are not expensive.)

Do you mean the coin slot device that you pay to use the washer, dryer , extractor, etc.?

Or

Do you mean the money changer?

In either case, if you are not the owner/operator, operator, owner; why are you asking for this information?

Tthe owner/operator, operator, owner would have this information or know where to obtain it.
