Roses now. I got rid of the bed of nails about five years ago but it took a couple years to grow the bed of roses before i could get in that. Now if i can just get all the little prickly thorns out it'll be good. But that could take a couple more years.

A bed of nails...I'm having a root canal in the morning and the (curse word) pain I'm in would make a bed of nails feel like clouds.

something in between
i cant tell its just simply the later.
each new day has its own rhythmns,we can either work against them and accept the consequences or we can go with them and use these problems to serve us well. its just a matter of balancing our priorities. we can be in a bed of roses if we attain a goal, but getting there is not a joke, you have to walk on nails, stand in a wire (lol) to get it.

Every rose has it's thorns, does it not?
Alas, my bed is of a particularly thorny variety of roses. Hopefully they will soon blossom, and create some soft padding.
