if you want me to be honest....in my opinion i think faker boobs are a huge turn off...im sure most guys wont agree with me...but its true....like sure...on the outside of the shirts they may look very nice....but unless they are way expensive and done like perfecty by a very good doctor then they look so goofy when bare...i seriously would rather have a girl with hardly any boobs at all...then a girl with some huge round ones that look like they cant even move in and out of place when the girls naked...it looks funny....i mean yeah ifyou wanna attract all kinds of men do it...but in my opinion...unless its done good...naked you might wish you wouldnt had done it.....but oh well....lol i sure a lot of guys are gonna say some stuff bout this comment...but oh well....we all got our own opinions...but aye do what you want....its yo titties...lol

If you think that it would make you feel better about your appearance, then go for it. All the questions and concerns that you have right now could be easily resolved if you went to a plastic surgeon. Write down all the quesitons to ensure you get all of them answered and can make a well informed decision about it.
In my opinion, its a great self esteem booseter. Breasts are very important features to women and, from what I see on dr. 90210, its easy and less pain filled.
Good Luck. Remember, on this subject, size matters. Pick a good size. Maybe you could go to Victoria's secret and try on different size bras that you like. Then stuff them and put your shirt back on. This will give you an idea of the size youll be getting.

How old are you what size are you now how tall are you and how much do you weigh?
http://www.breasthealthonline.com you can talk to others who have had implants there, and find about their complications and complaints about their implants.
Don't get implants. Guys like all sizes and shapes and hate the feel of implants. SO if you are getting them for a guy, DON'T! If you are getting them for you then its your body.

If you're under 18 you don't NEED implants...
If you're over 18, think long and hard about it.
Have you noticed a trend that more women are opting to have theirs taken out or not to get any ??? Before 18 you're still growing and breasts will grow too. If you're small breasted like your mother and her mother, you always will be. Implants are not the answer...some men like them, but they don't have to put up with the pain of surgery. The look if you get the wrong Dr. The possibility of them leaking or getting hard. (and yes they can get hard as rocks...it's not pretty). If I were you...I'd leave my breasts alone and concentrate on something else...like school..learning...hobbies..being responsible..
work...whatever it is you're doing...
(and if you're doing it to please a BF...don't...
he wants his 'imaginary' GF to be perfect...people aren't perfect.)

Breast implant surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Tour2india4health Consultants .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Tour2india4health Consultants is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

Ask yourself this, why is it you want a "fuller bustline" anyway?
Ask yourself why you aren't happy with who and what you have. Then look at those who really have physical problems and be thankful.
Don't cut up your body for some silly fake boobs that will be as hard as two rocks and possibly cause problems.

It's just my opinion, but no. Implants are a waste of money, and so cliche... Why do so many women want to have Pamela Anderson breasts anyway? lol
What's wrong with having smaller breasts?

honestly, boobs aren't as great as everyone thinks. Really think about why you want them, stuff a bra for a few weeks and see how you feel, and think about the extra weight on the chest. Just do your research and see what you think after really researching. good luck.

Don't get them. Breasts come in all shapes and sizes and that's a good thing. And you can ALWAYS tell fake ones anyway.
