Well, I measured my boobs today and it turns out I measured a B cup, I wear A. There always sore... what does this mean?

it means that your bra is too small, get a new one! your boobs dont like being squeezed into a smaller bra anymore than your feet into a smaller pair of shoes

You are in the wrong size bra, so try some B's on and buy 'em.
Most likely they are sore because you are squishing them into an A when you are a B, or you are still growing.
(just remember, bra sizes are not standardized, so you could be a B in one bra and a A or C in another bra).
