When major news organizations beg for average people to send in videos of an event like they are now regarding the bridge collapse. Do they pay money? I'm talking like Fox News, CNN, MSNBC and these big guys. Not the National Enquirer type rags.

I think they do in some cases. But you probably have to agree not to give that footage to anybody else. So they can get that exclusive thing.

It depends on the station, network and attitude of the maker of the video.
