HELP!! Something is WRONG with my sisters BREAST!!?

My sister is 13 years old and her breats arent growing yet. She has a bump on her left breast and it hurts her only if she touches it. Nothing is wrong with the right one. i tell her its probably just cuz shes bout to grow them.

For the lump, go to the doctor.

As for growing, she can grow into her 20's.

no i dont think thats it, talk to your mom she may need to have it checked out.
