911 was a false flag event. There were obviously "terrorist" cell operatives involved, but these Al Qaeda cells have worked hand in glove with our CIA for years going back to the Russian / Afghanistan conflict.
The Bush boys are power elite hand puppets that do as they are told. The plan was to have a reason to use our blood and our treasure to create chaos in the Middle East, and to grab oil and establish 14 military bases that we have no intention of abandoning. We are being weakened militarily, economically, and socially as we are being pushed headlong into a modern day police state, and we are being prepared to be absorbed into the North American union.
Open your eyes folks, two planes were not responsible for completely destroying three buildings. They found molten metal in the craters of the three buildings and it stayed liquid for over a month. 2750 degrees F is required to melt steel; neither plane fuel nor any building materials can burn that hot even in a controlled environment. The truth isn't always easy, especially when it breaks your life long paradigms. Watch the source link if you can handle it.

[E] Al Qaeda is primarily responsible because of their tendency to make destructive statements, and disregarding the value of human life.
Republican dominated congress shares some of the blame for trimming Clinton's anti-terror proposals beforehand, and not implementing the ones they passed quick enough. The Bush administration shares some of that small portion of responsibility, for enabling it to occur, by not heeding, Clinton's warning about Osama and other terrorist organizations being the greatest threat to national security.
If they would have even paid attention to Clinton's warnings, paid attention to the intel that suggested airline hijackings were coming, and paid attention to the reason why Osama was obsessed with the World Trade Center, They could have easily guessed at something that could have prevented the ordeal.
The Bush admin didn't have anything to do with it as suggested by conspiracy theories, but they definitely enabled it to occur. Bad foreign policy contributed as well.

A. all the forensic info actual factors this manner, no remember what empty heads like Rosie -who've the suited good to do, yet are exposing themselves as believers of idiotic lefty fantasies by skill of doing- say. And, the trend of previous habit, ie staging as many murderous assaults as conceivable, increasing in scope and complexity as achieveable. And, the reason: AQ hates the u . s . and could kill absolutely everyone they are able to in a brand long island minute every time they have the skill and the prospect. And, their weapons of decision: the named terrorists have, the place ties are properly-known, previous ties to AQ. And, the death declarations of the passengers of flight ninety 3 makes it sparkling that there have been center eastern terrorists controlling the airplane. dying being unpopular in western custom it somewhat is not going the passengers or "fake terrorists" required by skill of this argument are members of any USG plot. And, the utter impracticality of the President attempting to do some thing like this and not have it leak: impossible. And... you get the belief. If the info have been skimpy and the situations ambiguous it somewhat is credible that somebody else replaced into to blame, yet there is too plenty info that factors to AQ to furnish any useful credibility to the Bush White domicile, or every person different than Al Qaida.

(E) The twin towers was destroyed by some really insaine individuals that used the hijacked planes to kill everybody on board. Unfortunately, they managed to crash into some buildings on theyr way down because the planes happened to be in the air over a major city, and it was hard to find any open clearings to land on properly.

"A". The only thing the Bush Administration is "responsible" for- is the MESS they created in light of their RESPONSE to 9/11. And THAT'S turning out to be even WORSE than the actual Event ! :(

Same organization that bombed the Cole a year before. They have been doing it a long time. Was only a matter of time since the US kept ignoring their attacks before they hit US soil.

Though I think if the CIA and other government organizations would have shared information we might have had a decent chance of preventing it.
