Hi
Enya is an Irish singer - see her wiki entry here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enya
She was popular in the '80s and '90s.
She originally sang as part of the Irish group Clannad - lovely mood music, but not classical.
Hope this helps.

Enya - one of her songs is in lord of the rings - in the first one where gandalf falls into the earth it was sad and this song played as the fellowship had broke down in tears for the loss.. wouldn't say classical.. but mood music.. can understand why you posted that one in this category you must feel something whilst listening to classical.. listen to what you like dont let any of these comments make you steer away from that..

Enya is in the same class as Klayderman and Lanz and Yawnee and Zamfir and .... .... ...

*Snore*

This stuff nearly qualifies as music, but as I said in an earlier post, none of this is classical. It belongs in a special category known as "crap".

I am constantly amazed at the public's inabilty to differentiate between quality and mediocrity.

I like Enya - and her song from Lord of the Rings (I think it's "May it be" ) is really cool!
