Yes, but eventually I realised that I was actually being cruel to both of us.
People aren't pets.
It's always sad when this happens but life's so short and the world can be such a shallow place, if you ever cared for them at all then it's best to let go while they (and you) have a chance of finding true happiness elsewhere.

Yes. I am in one right now. Seriously. I broke up with him, but I have to like ween myself off of him cause I just feel so bad. He'll do anything for me. If your question was also posing for some advice, then sorry I don't have none. All i can say is, get me the **** out of this relationship.

Absolutely, my husband still staying with me and my kids. I feel sad because I know that I can't love him anymore because of his affair with the married woman, but because he was sorry, which he shouldn't have done it in the first place, now he lost me and my kids. I just wish his man enough to just leave us so he can move forward...

dont do that. dont string them along. it will only make it harder for them in the long run but make sure that you arent just giving up because life is getting real. too many people do this.m but if you know you dont love thew person end it before theyre way too emotionally invested. you have to think about yourself sometimes as well and this is one of those times.

People will choose temporary emotional satisfaction over logic because it meets an immediate need.

If you're both doing this, you are both setting yourself up for strife and heartache in the future. Please say good bye. It's the only choice. So why worry about the now or later of when it will end?

no i wouldnt, cause i dont like to stay if all i can ever feel for the person is plain just not to hurt his or her feeling, if i can no longer love them, or no longer love them and just want to give them mercy i am just giving the person false hopes, i would want them to wake up to reality.ill leave now, not tomorrow, now.

Yes, I have. I may have even lost real love because of it. The main thing is...if you don't love them, don't stay with them. It only hurts more than it helps them.

I have a co-worker who just went thru that, she stayed bc she felt sorry for him, she ended up cheating on him bc she truly wasn't happy. She eventually left...after cheating for about a year

Why would you want to continue to be in a relatinship that you are not happy about?!
The relationship would be built on lies and it wouldn't obviously last forever!
I haven't stayed in a relationship like that and I won't ever.
