Is there anything that you have learned to enjoy, or have noticed others learn to enjoy? Is it a decision that we make? Is it something we learn?

How would you help someone to learn to enjoy a thing or an activity?

Losers? Interesting notion. You too are in the philosophy section, ergo you must be a loser.

Thanks for the words of judgment.

I enjoy to write, and think....To help others, and to see my friends happy makes me happy...There are a lot of things I enjoy. There are things I suppose I could learn to enjoy, but I don't choose to. I think it comes naturally.

Enjoyment is something that runs in families.
Some families look as though they enjoy their existence, while others are morbid or angry.
If someone is to learn enjoyment it must be put into place by the parent to their infant.
It's all wrapped up with the self esteem component., and the drive to want to be involved in an activity.
If someone has had a traumatised life, they are not going to get much enjoyment out of life.

Enjoyed cannot be learnt, it can be evoked. We are all born with all the feelings. It is impossible to take a feeling from outside & put it inside you.
If you are not enjoying then pretend to enjoy. You may very well end up really enjoying yourself. There is absolutely no need for a reason.

I believe to have or feel enjoyment it is up to each person cause some people do not enjoy or like what the other person may. Many people find many enjoyment in different things then others.
