I mean she just eats eats eats...doesn't worm and shoves 3-4 sometimes 5 double cheeseburgers in her mouth...she could out eat that chinese dude with the hot dogs!

The way I see it you have two options, leave her or join her. It would be difficult living with a huge cow watching her eat everything, unless you become a fat cow yourself. Then you both can live happily ever after eating and having health issues.

wow....okay, so you could try solving the underlying problem
Is she stressed? are you guys always fighting? show her you love and support her no matter what, then stop buying fattening food (don't keep any in the house), offer to make dinners (make them low-fat), and compliment her when she loses a few pounds...maybe something like, wow you look nice today, did you lose a few pounds? that will encourage her even if she isn't losing weight
