Im 13 & 5'4 im a 32C but i dont look fat i just have big boobs according to my guy friends and its annoying cause they harrass me are my boobs to big

Being a C cup you are a little big for your age.
I feel for you as I was big when I was in school and got teased all the time.
Trust me, those teasing you will be wishing to be your size in a few more years.
If you have back issues you could look into a reduction around age 18 or so.

well your boobs are big. to big no.
all i can tell you is that i had the same problem im 15 now but wen i was 13 i was a 32 C i was like 5' and like 92 pounds, so i was all boobs. you just have to not pay attention to the teasing becuase all the girls giving you BS will want to have you boobs in high school.
