Strength isn't determined by the color of someone's hair. Each person exercises, weight trains, and has a different level of strength, which is not biologically affected by the color of their hair. Hair color, eye color, and skin color, are not affected by muscle mass or weight mass - which is why everyone is different.
It's exactly the same with intelligence. Just because someone is blond, does not make them dumb or stupid. A lot of blonds appear this way because people are look for faults with their intelligence, so any mistake they make, which could be exactly the same as a mistake by a brunette or darker haired girl, is pointed out and exploited as "dumb" because she's blond.
Strength = no interference with hair color.

You can't tell who is stronger by the color of someones hair. First off you need to take care of you body,work out or do physical things such as walking,running,lifting weights etc. Then you will get stronger.

if the female with dark hair works out more that the blond, then is would say the one with dark hair (brunette>actually) visa versa.

I thought you meant with genes which has a stronger trait. But you probably mean in a fight.....I don't know my money would be on the blond though, they fight dirty, especially when its over a man.

The darker hair def. has more pigments. As for who is stronger physically, depends who works out more.

I think darker hair (besides red heads) looks more sultry and defines facial features more so that a lighter shade.

Obviously the ones who work out more, and who may be more vain.....I don't go to a Gym, but I would imagine I'd see more blondes......
