I was fired a year ago and it was sudden..I think I was gonna freaking die..I had no money in the bank,2 kids to support,over due bills and a relationship on the rocks..well soon after I got dumped and I was in a deep depression..I'm happy to say that I now have a better paying job that I love! As for the coward that dumped me via E.mail,I'm so glad he's out of my life!

hmm, i got fired from one job for stealing, another for being late, another for doing my HW at work,

i quit one because i had to go to college, one because the boss was a complete ****, and one because someone kept flattening my tires in the parking lot.

i currently run my own business.

I seem to have a problem with authority.

Oh, my reaction? Most I was apathetic towards, but a few i was not happy about having to leave.

Disbelief for the first 2 minutes while they were telling me. I was trying to be a car salesman at the time. I knew I wasn't a salesman. Selling stuff is not me. I didn't sell many, maybe 5 cars that month. I just needed a job. I was fresh out of college and I couldn't find work. The way he said it makes me laugh now. He brought me into his office with the general manager, told me to sit down and says, "We're going to part ways." I was like "wuh."

I'm soooo glad we did. Now I have a job I love. I teach. =D

i have been fired from one job and i was relieved to be rid of it. i was going to give a two week notice but the supervisor found out before i gave notice and she fired me on the spot. i heard that she was angry because i was leaving. she always said no one ever quit working for her and guess that was true.

yes, had no reaction, it was over a misunderstanding and a weak boss that did not stick up for me..... being right was all the justice i needed......the first person that replaced me was unable to do the job, the next one after her still couldn't figure out how i managed the job so easily and terminated ....so afterall i had the last laugh.....

I was 16 and they told me I had a lot to learn( yeah I was still at school) They really hurt me but when i saw they had only used me and other youngsters to get the rush season covered I felt really mad and promised myself I would never be treated or treat anyone like that again.

No, but for protecting myself, I do all the backup for all my computer files every week. Once i get fire, I can still contact to my client and seek other opportunity.

Of course i do this without any collegue notice

yes,and when i did the sh!t hit the fan.I worked for a guy for 2 years when his new snot head wife decided to take over.not only was she a snot she was lazy and a thief,and a coward.she came and threw every single donut we had made in the trash called her husband without telling us and told him we didn't make donuts that day.which was completely stupid cause its a damn donut shop.so he walks in the bag door,pulls my mother outside,5 minutes later she comes in saying he fired her.omg,i lost my sh!t.i told him exactly what went on and proceeded to tell his wife what i thought about it,in a very loud and rude way...if you get my meaning....then i told them both they could take their job and shove it up their butt.a week later,she called my house and ask if i would go back to work for her,and raised my pay 2 dollars and hour.
