Most of these answers just prove that the suns are overrated, favorites to win it all, but always never come out on top, as for the question,
It will be between the mavs and the spurs, the Spurs will be looking for their first back to back championship, as Nowitzki got lucky that Ginobili fouled him at the worst time possible, and the Mavs are going to be looking for redemption after their past humiliating postseasons choking to weak @ss teams.

I honestly think the Nuggets are taking it. Either them or the Suns. You can pretty much rule out the Spurs since they can never repeat. The Mavs I don't know what they're going to do. They are pretty much emotionally scarred. Lost a 2-0 lead in the finals. Then win 60+ games just to lose to a 8th seed. The Rockets also have a shot.

Nuggets, they had a 10-11 streak going into the playoffs, even though they lost the series to the Spurs, keep in mind they didn't have Iverson ALL season. So if you give the Nuggets a full season with AI&Melo, they will be more than a team. Not to mention, defensive player of the year Marcus Camby. Also Nene,Kenyon Martin,Chucky Atkins. And also the potential in J.R. Smith. This could be a great season for them.

It's a toss-up between the Phoenix Suns (i hope they learn from their tough loss to San Antonio in this year playoff and that is: small ball is no match to Tim Duncan and the Spurs) and Dallas Mavericks (they will be back with a vengeance and a lot of swagger. They got a lot to prove, a lot to silence).

The Spurs have the best chance...same team same chemistry....I wish everyone would stop saying the Suns are going to win it....It's the same every year...the suns are the favorite and then they lose in the playoffs...first its dirty fouls then injuries....stop making excusing ok? Do the Spurs make excuses? NO! If you were good enough, you would've won a championship by now right?

It'll be a dog fight! So much depends on injuries and seedings in the playoffs. My preferences are Phoenix or Dallas. San Antonio will undoubtedly be in the mix. If I have to pick today I'll go with the Suns, but that's trying to see nine months down the road.

I'd say the Spurs will take the West again. Suns and Dallas (despite their first round loss) might challenge the Spurs, but not win it.

Spurs, until someone knocks them off. And don't you worry about the cowards who make racist comments....they don't have the guts to take a run at men, which says it all.

Suns!!! They could've beaten the Spurs this year but we all knew what happened. I'm not so sure about Dallas. All the other lower seeded teams are coming up so next year's playoff will be interesting.

I dunno about the suns...they lost kurt thomas, they don't have anyone who can guard duncan now. amare definitely cant guard him, and they have no answer for tony parker either. I'd say the suns shot themselves in the foot for this coming season. Thomas I think actually made duncan work the hardest throughout the whole playoffs.
