Many are good, the question is which one is a good fit for you and which ones will actually see you. Your best bet is a personal referral from anyone you know is already affiliated with an agency... any legitimate agency (check SAG.org and/or Ross Reports for a good list of agents). If you do not have any connections and don't have time to network through classes you're taking, then do the mass mailing. Mail to all the legit agents because you don't know which ones will even look at your picture let alone call you for an interview. Send out your pic & res and see who bites. Meet with anyone who calls and see who you have a good raport with. That to me makes all the difference. Sometime the big agencies are less personal even though they have more clout in some situations. Big & small both have their bonuses. Just take what comes, weigh the pros and cons and go where your heart takes you.

good luck!

Good can be defined in many ways. In my logic good is described as something that is FREE, that gets you attention, gets you noticed, gives you the tools you need to succeed. I find all these tools at http://www.famesource.com/?r=3 they have talent agents that scout the site plus it gives you the ability to get all your fans to sign up and support you. The bigger the better and with FameSource thats what you can do. Best of luck!
