walk slowly through a grave yard (the older,darker and bigger the better) but only use the night vision on a camcorder, no vehicles and on your own or spread out, try be close to the middle of the grave yard so you cant see any exits. its great fun and gives your heart a good work out (and your legs if you get spooked) TOTAL RESPECT FOR THE DEAD they dont mind a laugh either.dont damage anything though.

Stand and put your hands oin your pockets, arms straight, and push outwards for about 30secs-1min, then hang your arms by your side loosely, they should start to hover away from your body.
and
sit down, put both your hands between your legs, palm facing the inside, and put the backs against the inside side of your knees and push your hands outtwards while pushing your legs inwards, for about 30secs to 1min, then try to put them together, but slightly loosely , so your not pressing, your just lightly moving, it should feel like your holding a ball because your muscles have tightened, don't push your hands in, just hold them in front of you then, and they should move outwards 0.o

Bloody mary.You say it to a mirror and an image is supposed to come out... Lock someone in the bathroom with the lights dimmed. Have them look into the mirror and say 'bloody mary, bloody mary, bloody mary' before you let them out. You have to say it three times. We used to do this and it scared the hell out of us, sometimes after someone had said it, we would still not open the door to the bathroom...
