The WOMBAT was a three part test given through out a year on JKR's site. When you went to the "? room" you could open the door and take the test. At the end you got a student identification code which was ridicously long. This way if you took part 2 you could enter the code and keep a record. Shortly after the opening of the door it would close. And you could no longer take the test. So if you missed the last one you can't take the WOMBAT so sorry.

Rowling posts the W.O.M.B.A.T. test on her site from time to time. If you see that their up, you can take the W.O.M.B.A.T. and then wait for a while to get your results. When you take the W.O.M.B.A.T. you'll get a code to enter when the results are in and find out how well you did.
