The St. Louis Cardinals are done. Why? Because the Brewers will win the Central because of the awesome fielding and batting along with a decent pitching staff. The Cubs will finish second in the NL Central and will compete for a wild card spot because of the solid pitching that is carrying them. The Cardinals are just good fielders. They don't have the batting or the pitching to keep up with the Brewers and Cubs. The Brewers will run away with this division and the Cubs will be about 6.5 back by seasons end. The Cardinals just don't have enough, they'll get third in the division.

They have too many question marks about consistency. If Chris Carpenter comes back and if the Cubs falter a bit along with Milwaukee then we'll see. There have been stranger situations in the past, look at the 1964 Phillies as a perfect example who lost the pennant in the last couple of weeks by losing something like 10 or 12 in a row

I think you guys can catch up. I think we can still make it. I'm pulling to win, I think we need it. Look what happened to the Red Sox when they won the world series. I hate the Sox, it's definatley the year for the Cardinals.
