More than once in my life, actually very often, I get this overwhelming feeling about people/ places. I get chills and I physically/ emotionally interupted. I get a very concious feeling about things often, sometimes in dreams and alot of times I have such a moving (emotional) feeling that tears water my eyes up. Sometimes I can think my way out of it and sometimes I just go with it. Am I a nut or are these of a physic nature?

I do not think that many people feel the way I do, I have spoken to many people and have compared what everyone says with my experiances and they are never the same. Sometimes its like a dream, i get a storng emotional feeling then i get a type of dream but I am awake and I can only concentrate on it for a short time but what I feel is powerful.

You should read about the life of Edgar Cayce. Any major bookstore should have something about him on the shelf. He had experiences such as this many times although he went into a kind of deep level of sleep during most of those occurrences although he had many during his waking hours as well. I think it might make you understand more about your experience and perhaps help you deepen it or use it for a good purpose in some way. I would also like to add that he was famous for some of his prophecies... many have not yet come true and some seem a bit wacky but he was very accurate when working with people, especially ones who come to him with personal problems or illnesses.

I have felt the whole deja vu thing, but I do not think you have psycic abilities. Have you experienced any emotional trauma throughout your life? That would explain the reason you have many random emotional feelings. The dreams have nothing to do with psycic abilities either. Your dreams have to do with the way your feeling. For example, let's say you had a dream you are falling off a building and someone is pushing you. Someone you know. That just means you feel as if you are loosing control and who ever is pushing you has done something to help give you that feeling. The scenes you see infront of your eyes are probably memories that remind you of what you are doing at the moment you have them. If you feel your life is being disrupted from these emotions, I suggest you see a psycologist/psyciatrist.

first off, so called "psychics" are kinda like magicians. They use tricks and illusions to cause someone to believe that they actually have the power to do those things. Anyone can do it, but it doesn't mean they actually can do what they are pretending to be able to do. I think that the overwhelming feelings and emotions are just echoes from your past. Perhaps some people remind you of someone you used to know, but it is too subtle to remember who. The same thing could also work for places. Growing up in my neighborhood, there was this light post at the edge of a wide four-way intersection. Walking east past it after the sun had gone down completely and the stars had come out, it was just something special to me. Now, whenever I see something remotely similar to that light post, I always get the same feeling that I did, but I don't always remember it. It's hard to explain, but what you are experiencing is definitely not of a psychic nature. It's more like suppressed memories nearing the surface.

First, the word is psychic----p-s-y-c-h-i-c. Meaning you can perceive the meaning of things, without direct evidence.
You MAY be, but you have not shown me the evidence yet.
You are obviously emotionally fragile, and should take care to protect your emotions. To DEPEND on your psychic intuitions for important decisions, or even trivial decisions IS NOT A WISE THING TO DO. Better to be wise than psychic.

You probably have ESP (Extra Sensorial Power) and just need to learn how to deal, understand and develop. It is a gift that not many people have. Have you ever had the feeling you know someone already the first time you lay your eyes on them? When you go to a place for the first time, you have the feeling you have been there before? and even know details about the place? that's not uncommon...

I think sometimes women are more intuitive than men. I do the same thing, along with my mom and grandmother.
so I think it is normal. Embrace it you have a gift. I know its freaky sometimes, but don't be scared of it. Like I said embrace it, and go with it. Your not alone or weird or anything like that. I also think a lot of people are scared of it and don't talk about it. So good for you for speaking out. Good luck! ;)

You seem to be over-thinking unimportant things!
When this happens your brain is like a skipping record.
You then try to make sense of what has happened.
You won't have any luck and you will be left confused or completely happy with some insane conclusion!
You need to focus your attention in a different direction.
Life is to short. Keep it simple!
(Im sorry, that sounded like a frickin horoscope!! haha)

no, your feelings are caused by something relative to the placebo effect. before you had these feelings, on one level or another you WANTED to be psychic. so you looked for things that proved the predisposition. because some of those feelings are based on subjective judgment, you're able to believe it is evidence of psychic ability. sometimes a person goes through cognitive dissonance to keep their belief alive. until you had some sort of objective evidence (i.e. 'seeing' and reporting a crime or something before it happened), don't be under the impression you're psychic.

has anything ever happened in response to your dreams? i have dreams and feelings that are stronger than most people think as well. yes, i think you might be a little phsycic. normally, you know you've had a phsycic dream when NOTHING in the dream can be related to anything you've done recently. if a dream just feels weird it's obvious as well. also, about the feelings. how old are you? it could be puberty.
