wet them and put them in a dryer..do it again and again..it worked for me..

extra then probable you may not. Cotton is the final shrinker as in cotton denim. Polyester blends w spandex can usually stretch all right yet complicated if no longer impossible to cut back take them returned for the wonderful length

after you wash them, dry them. they are mostly cotton so i'm sure one time in the dryer and it will be ok. good luck (:

keep washing it as it shrinks the more times its soak in water..
