I don't know. If you feel you've been wronged then take it to court.
If you really think someone ELSE was responsible for providing you with a 'manhood' - and that your manhood has somehow EVAPORATED when this person left you - then you have far deeper problems than a court can help you with. Think of the implications of what you just said - you don't control your own actions; instead, others control your actions. Right? You are not a man anymore...you have become something...else. You are not you, right? Someone else is in control. That's the definition of insanity, isn't it? Of not being not responsible...of not being yourself...but someone ELSE.

As an adult, no one can do anything to you that you don't allow. Even a horrible woman can be tamed when she meets a man who she knows for the life of her, she couldn't possibly control. You gotta be able to tell your woman NO! lots of times but in moderation, even about things you would like to say yes to. It's called "training", as you would do a kid. But it baffles me that women are mostly the only ones who grasp this essential relationship tactic and employ it. This leaves me VERY very irritated at the guys who decide to let their women give it to them continuously in the a-$-$.
Don't be so freaking passive!!!
Take this as advise for next time. Keep your head up man, you just got wiser. :)

Surgery could help reattach that missing body part.
You can always work, money isn't everything. I've paid out quite a bit of funds to my-husband, it's no big deal, at least I don't have to be around him anymore!
