Yes. About the time cell phones first came out and they were in huge bags. lol. My pager was black, I don't think they had colors then.
Now it is just so easy to have a cell phone. You an text on them, surf the web on them, talk on them, send multi-media messages, take and send pictures and even surf the web.
I would never think that would have been true when I owned my pager.

I had a couple of them from jobs. One was a voice pager and my husband would say odd things when I was at the grocery store. "Quit squeezing the Charmin."

yep when I was 15 (10 years ago) my teachers wanted to kill me and eventually it drove me insane and I got rid of it, I also had some psycho who wouldnt stop paging I had to call the cops ---- he called so many times my batteries went dead in one day. 100's of times litterally Im surprised he could stay up so long and that the redial button on his phone never gave out..... I met him on the street he was hot and asked for my number I gave him my pager so I could call *67 and get to know him and in one call he freaked me out he wanted to have kids with me ect ..... he scared the daylights out of me

Yeah and it was the common black color like what most people had. I am really kind of embarssed to admit I even own one now because of the cell phone phase going on today. lol!

No, my Dad gave several to me, and I tossed it on the ground or opened it to see what's inside, never used them. I am a cellphone kind a guy.
