He's a peoce of garbage loser who is responsible for some poor guy spending 20 years in jail, unjustly.
He is guilty. They have tons of DNA but never had a natch until he became a suspect in a recent murder.

just because he has been arrested or even convicted doesn't mean he is guilty, as we all know many men are arrested and convicted for rape and other crimes when they are not guilty of any thing except someone wanted them locked up for maybe even personal reasons but mostly political, but rejection is high on the list also,
