How can I check who called me recently when the number was blocked?

I get prank calls a lot and they make me so mad. I just want to beat up whom ever is calling. The thing the really pisses me off is that they do it in the middle of the night! I hate it and want to put an end to it without having to get my number changed.

ur best bed is to have ur number changed
or call the phone company and have them track ur calls for the nxt few days
if the prank phone calls come often

Call your phone company and request that you dont want to accept any blocked, unknown, or private calls. This way when the person who is bothering you calls, they will get a recording saying something like, "this residence doest not accept blocked calls, please hang up and try again". Your phone will not ring at all and that person will have to call you with an identified number. Depending on your phone company it might be free or might cost an additional charge. Although you cant call a blocked call back, try *69, this calls the person back, 9 times out of ten it might not work, but some people like to call from payphones and are still stupid to pick up and answer!!!

Changing your number would be the next solution.

Call your phone company and get your phone set up to not accept blocked calls. That means that anyone who has a blocked number has to dial another number (typically something like *72) before they dial your number so that their number will show up on your caller id, and if they don't the call won't go through.

Well, first off, wanting to "beat someone up" as a first reaction is abhorrent to me.

But, on to the question:

The answer is simple, and twofold.

1. Turn your fone off at nite. I do. I have not been disturbed yet!!! :D

2. activate "call rejection" by dialing *77. It will reject any call that the caller ID cannot read, and should get rid of your pest! :)

either get use to it or simply don't answer your phone [[caller id]] if you're not expecting anyone's call in the middle of the night turn off your phone and silent your phone.
