No there is no refund due. Tenant's choice to move early is voluntary-he/she could've stayed the whole month.

No, if the tenant moved out on her own she is not due a refund. The landlord did not FORCE her out. The only time you get a refund is when there is a lease in force and the landlord kicks you out before the end of the month and before the end of the lease and then its calculated by the rent divided by how many days in the month, with you only receiving payment for the days you were not living in the unit.
Sorry to say, but if she is concerned about getting the money back, she shouldn't have had moved out, because that was her fault for losing that much money.

Only if the landlord places a new tenant before the end of the month. That's possible in theory but not likely in practice as it takes time to make the unit ready and get a new tenant.

No because the tenant hasn't given the landlord a resonable chance to rent the unit to someone else so they are entitled to their rent money.

No. Rents are based upon full month periods, and are not pro-rated, except upon early move in.

it all depends on the lease/rental agreement, if she moved out but her lease had not expired she is owed nothing, except maybe her deposit
