My arms are stronger than my abs so push ups if I'm looking for the easiest.
If I want to build up the weaker then obviously, sit ups- but I think crunches work better to start off.

And if you are wondering "why", then I'll tell you I would do 50 sit ups, then 50 push ups, and when I felt you were sore I would push on and do 50 more. All listening to the Rocky song!!

I would have to say 50 sit ups because i dont think i could even do 50 push ups! I can barely do five in a row, let alone fifty. I think sit ups are easier, and they can help you get a toner stomach as well.

Sit ups. I'm not the best in shape and I had PE last year for credits and we had to do 100 of each, I hate both but I can't even do a push up properly.

50 sit ups!!!
I seriously can't do a push up. The most I've gotten this year is 3 (for P.E.), but I stopped practicing and I'm down to 0. :(

I'd rather do 1000 sit ups than 1 push up!

I do 80 sit-ups and crunches a day, but I can't bring myself to do any push-ups at all.

50 sit-ups would be way easier! Times that by 4 and it'll still be easy...but 50 push-ups!? Omg, get ready for soreness.

You must have really strong arms! I'd rather do 50 sit ups any day! I am terrible at push ups! I need one of those exercise balls - it might make it easier for my back....I'm an old kitty cat :o) But I'm still feisty :o) (smiles)
